DC-8 Pictures
Photo above is of N8274H in it's origional airline colors.
The two photos below were taken at Waco Texas before the nose had been completely removed from the rest of the fuselage, and is what it looked like when I first saw it. A backhoe was used to tear the plane apart and is why it looks so jaggad.

Pictures below are from the first trip where we failed to recover the cockpits. The nose gear was extended
to keep the cockpit from being rolled by the wind.
The picture below was at the truck stop, where we had to leave the cockpits for the weekend. It's not exactly a sight you see every day!
Pictures below were taken the day we made it home.
The next six pictures below were taken March 22, 2002.
In the photo above you can see that I removed the instrument panels and glareshield to restore them.
I'm 6'2 and the floor is a tad bit higher than my head!
