11-26-05 I have updated the format of the website in anticipation a new phase in the DC-8 project. At a future date the content of the old website will be transfered to here and new content will also be added.
05-18-06 A new airconditioning system is being installed in anticipation of the summer heat. It's been 20 years since air has flowed down those pipes!
08-26-06 Pots have been mounted to the main flight controls and the Captain's control wheel has been wired for connection to a computer.
09-15-06 The DC-8 has made it's first test flight as a sim, flying from the Douglas production facility at Long Beach California. Footage of the flight is on the DC-8 documentary.
11-08-06 Test flights continue and all throttles are now functional. Wires continue to be added for functioinality
